Dizzy Fix

Dizzy Fix is a quirky little tool my vestibular physical therapist suggested. It’s surprisingly effective in helping me escape the spinning sensation of BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). The tool guides me through the Epley maneuver by visually showing where the crystal in my ear is moving. Despite its odd appearance, it gets the job done!
